Blueyonder and FTP

Has anyone here managed to get a FTP site to run from their blueyonder connection?

I cant seem to connect. I have opened port 21 on my router and used the port forwarding to direct it towards the pc with the ftp on it but i just cannot connect.

Do you have to use the ip address, ie 80.40.60.100 to connect or 80-40-60-100.ubr03.cast.blueyonder.co.uk?

Thanks but thats not what i was asking about.

I know how to use FTP but i just can't get a site running from my pc.

Try forwarding port 20 as well as port 21 to the FTP PC.
