Blueyonder Email Settings

I have an old blueyonder address that for the life of me i cannot get set up correctly on my phone. It's infuriating!

I've checked pages of online settings/guides and none of them work.

Has anyone got the correct/working settings on a device that they could share?

Which details have you tried? Can you get to webmail with your details to test the account is right?

It should be using their new domain to connect now by the looks of it, if you were trying to use the old IMAP/POP blueyonder server?

I can't get on to webmail either, no. I think the email i had was an alias of another...the main account that was handed out back in the day, around 2001.

I've tried all the imap settings for blueyonder and for virgin media.

Tried the VM chat help and they are a ******* nightmare. Useless.

I've had the account working all this time on my various phones over the years, just not any more and i can't for the life of me remember the settings used to get it working.

I still have a BY email.

Uses the following:

Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: imap.virginmedia.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.virginmedia.com

That's all I've had to setup in the past (apart from the obvious email address and password).
