Thanks, thought it was just me.
I think I should really move over another host (as I currently use Blueyonder for hosting lots of pics). Was wondering, do you know if the virgin label will replace 'blueyonder'? If the extension is changed i.e email/pwp settings think of all the extensions we would manually have to change?

Perhaps in time, there are no plans immediately to move over the label. I work for them.
It's quite difficult for ISP's to get rid of legacy stuff for example a lot of people who have their Internet provided by Orange still have Freeserve and Wanadoo email addresses because changing it would cause so many problems for most of their old customers. The best they can do is give them customers a new email address or allow them to use the new domain.

I initially thought, when I could not login, that they must have moved over to 'virgin' and that I would need different settings (+ change all my associated). Glad to realize that is not the case and nor will it be for the foreseeable future. I'll probably still look into paid-for hosting though as this has been a bit of an eye opener
