Blueyonder/Telewest speed upgrades

I had the same problems for nearly a year with TW, same BS ubr is highly populated, yada yada. They got it sorted eventually but it took far too long, had I not been tied in so fully to TW (phone TV internet) I would have jumped ship.
 
I wonder if my ridiculously low upload speeds are due to these proposed upgrades? I wouldn't mind a free upgrade but TW are definitely pushing their luck with all these recent slowdowns. :mad:
 
Things had improved a little, but I'm suffering with high packet loss/ high pings and poor download speeds again, this from a 4mb line -

 
that site is rubbish, says im getting 2mb and a ping of 200ms, yet just after I load up giganews and download at 1.2mbps and can play css with a ping of 36ms

Take those speed test sites with a huge pinch of salt. now that tw fixed my line its fantastic. again :)
