I'm sure you have all heard about the retail versions not be provided with 64bit OS os Vista in the same pack.

There hasnt been any announcement on how long it will take to be delivered to you, or how much it will cost. What a bloody scam!

I was going for the business retail version of vista. With this version i thought it would include 32 and 64 bit. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...rodid=SW-051-MS

This version costs £250 and doesnt come with the 64bit OS. I have to pay extra and wait for this even though i only wanted the 64bit version.

Now, i cancelled my order and i bought the OEM version, this costs £90.

If i wanted to change my Motherboard in a year or two i would just buy another OEM copy of vista Business for £90 which = £180. This saves me £70 on buying the retail version. By the time i have bought 2 copies of OEM i think there will be another OS out by then.

Who ever at Microsoft thought that this system was a good idea is a complete LANGUAGE!! I hope he gets the sack!

Ultimate arrived this morning and I can confirm that it contains both 32 and 64 bit versions.

How does that work, can you run either copy for two PC's or is it one key for either copy and you have to choose which one you're going to run?
