Man, I don't know why I've not taken much notice of this one before, but Graham Coxon on this really does the song justice. It's the perfect solo for the song - no boring penta's, no widdling, no mundane run-of-the-mill stuff - just a crazy sounding warbling guitar.

Anybody else feel the love for this one?

Definitely. Not my favourite of Coxon's moments in Blur, but I do agree it is a genius piece of work. He's got a great knack of writing solos that seem completely out of place and random, but I'm almost sure they're planned meticulously in the studio. Certainly one of my favourite guitarists from the last 20 years or so.
