No its someone who probably dosent even know its clocked selling a clocked car.
If they dont know its clocked they have only had the car for 2 months max
They will know, hence why they're selling it at 9.5

100s of people sell cars behind book every day, it happens, the only unusual thing about this one is he has wasted the price of an AT add.
If he had rang me and said Mark i got a clocked 3 series here but its cheap i would buy it, everything has a value.

It's a genuine question, because it seems like a bargain. If it's behind book for a "genuine reason" then I'll snap it up myself.

Even with 90k on it, still books at £8825 Average and £9350 Clean which is the sorta money it would fetch at auction.

Forget book money, its not worth book money, no one is going to pay him book money, its worth what its advertised for.
