BMW Alpina B3.3 E46?

This is more an E90 thing not an E46 thing.

It's quite common on E46 and E39 Alpinas to have a slightly lesser spec than the M models. I've seen quite a few B3 3.3s and B10 3.3s without the widescreen sat nav fitted. B10 V8s tend to have all the options.

The E90 thing is mainly the D3s - Sytner offered them with a basic trim level to keep the cost down.

I disagree. You can find **** poor spec Mcars too.

There are thousands more E46/E39 M cars compared to B3/B10 Alpinas. There are many M cars with a poor spec, but there a thousands more with a spec comparable to or higher than the Alpinas out there.

Feel free to disagree with that too.

No, Alpina charged a very high fee (£2000ish) to add any options to the D3's resulting in most of them being ordered as bare EU spec cars with manual AC.

Sorry Foxy but you are wrong.

Sytner ordered the cars in bulk from Alpina in Germany, the cars had a standard low spec and Sytner got a discount. The high fee that buyers had to pay to add options, was because Sytner's discount no longer applied to that vehicle.
