BMW e90 Front strut bolt

Hey guys after some advice for my car. I broke a front spring and so I've been trying to get the strut out the housing. However the bolt that holds the strut in is stuck. I have the nut off but after blow torching the hole it sits in and smashing it with a hammer it just won't move. Any tips?

Does the bolt turn? I have had the same issue with the pinch bolts on an e39 and an e60. I think i just tried loosing up the bolt with an impact gun and a breaker bar, tightening then loosening until it came out.

The bolt does turn yes.
