Not long after the rear 2 tires were replaced the red warning light came on the dash and even though I reset it through the console it still appears.

Does this require resetting with someone who as access to relevant diagnostic software/Or is it more serious than this due to the fact it is not amber in color.

I think we need to know what the car is - there is no E95 - because most BMW's only have a basic system that uses readings from the ABS sensor rather than a dedicated tyre pressure sensor. If the ABS sensor was faulty you'd have DSC and Brake lights on.

So sorry for the misinformation. It is a 2008 E90 all that appears on the dash is a red tyre pressure warning light which comes on as soon as the engine management system kicks on start up. it cannot be cleared through the normal reset procedure on the wheel stick and the tires are brand new and spot on with the pressure (checking them every day just in case)

I would like to know if a this is a specialist job in that they can put it on a machine and clear the fault code down or I am looking at something more complex to resolve.

Thank You
