Which forums do the BMW owners in here frequent?

Which do you guys recommend, and which should I avoid?

I'll be using them for technical expertise rather than socialising.

BMWLand is the best UK site for technical expertise. You will also get a lot of value from the American ones as well - bimmerforums and bimmerboard both tend to be pretty technical.

Most of the other sites are about bling, ultra cheap tyres and slamming your ropey 320i on coilies mate, innit.

e36coupe.com aka bmwowner.com has the above content but all forums will, it also contains a vast amount of e36 technical knowledge as well as having opened up to other models in the past year or two and does provide quite a lot of help.

I've tried other BMW forums but most of them don't seem as friendly or willing to help.

Worth looking at model-specific ones, e.g. Z4-Forum, too.
Yeah, I've registered on zroadster.net

My model was never sold in the UK in non-M form, but it can't be that much different than the models sold in the UK.

The US forums are a good resource though, so thanks to Fox for those.
I've registered on BMW Land, zroadster.net and bimmerforums.co.uk and .com

Hopefully I won't be needing them much, but if i do I'll just whinge at BMW if something breaks :)

I used to be on E36Coupe.com, but not been on for a while and my account has been deleted and I can't re-register.
