BMW M Sport Tech and Plus packs - difference?

So next month we are looking at replacing our current main car. One of the contenders on the list at the moment is the 330e M Sport. I'm looking at leasing, trim level wise the standard MSport comes very well equipped but I see there are also options of either a 'Plus' pack or a 'Tech' pack - or both.

Can someone explain what comes with each pack and whether either or both are worth the extra cost?
