Board or NVME issue?

Had enough of this one, i swear this computer is plagued with bad luck. The other one is perfect and is even using a non compatible CPU/board.

Had numerous BSOD and lock ups, ripped out peripherals and then other drives. Putting in a USB sound card seemed to cause issues so thought it was driver related as it wouldn't recognise without pulling out and putting back in after booting up. Reset BIOS, updated drivers etc.

Went for a Windows reinstall. After messing about with NMVE drive not being discovered, got it discovered but Windows fails the install, and i remdade the USB install tool again too. However install works fine on a SATA SSD and i've tried both M.2 slots. Tried multiple times here.

IIRC i did a RAM check previous to all this.

Previously to this Seagate tools reported NVME as healthy and IIRC about 70% health. It's a Barracuda 510- 250GB.
When booting from the SATA SSD to double check what files on the drive, it struggled to copy from the M.2.

My other M.2 NVME worked fine in the other slot as a storage drive handling video editing hundreds of and large files.

Stuck the Seagate 510 problem NVME into other PC, doesn't get read/found in Crystal Disk and have enabled advanced search, but i'm not knowledgeable with this software. Win explorer sees it fine and i've just wrote some video files to it fine

I'm baffled. The NVME should still have warranty, so i'm releuctant to buy a new one atm. I've no realistic spare M.2 to try (would mean buying another backup drive to be safe).

Any thoughts?

Can you take a picture of the CrystalDiskInfo smart info, with the raw values changed to DEC 10 (Function > Advanced Features)?

Well thankfully the drive has decided to show up! I swear it's health has increased last time i looked some months ago.

Yeah sorry, didn't know how to embed the pic. Cheers

Look fine, no media errors which suggests the flash isn't in poor condition (doesn't show bad blocks and uncorrectable errors). Seems like a lot of power cycles and unsafe shut downs.

Cheers. Yeah had a load of blue screens trying to diagnose issues on this board, and another board which was confirmed faulty.

This extends way past my knowledge, i can't work out if it's a board issue with the M.2 slots.

If everything works fine with a SATA ssd, or with your other M.2 drive, then it seems that your drive is either broken or it is a compatibility issue.
