Hi guys ive just put myself together a new machine please see spec below:

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 2.4 Ghz
MB - Asus Striker Extreme nForce 680 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Video Card - Leadtek GeForce 8800 Ultra Leviathan ***Water-Cooled*** 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)
Mem 1GeIL 4GB (4x1GB) PC8500C5 1066MHz Black Dragon DDR2 Dual Channel Kit.
Im looking for advice on overclocking any of the above - the motherboard in particular.
I have installed a Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra+ Watercooling Kit also.will be running Vista 64 bit Ultimate and XP64 bit OS Dual boot.
