Seems to add allot to the game, very surprised. The water effect is really something I have not seen yet in a game. Is this something that is seen as a good addition or is it a case that AMD owners hate missing out?
 
How do you know whether what you see would mostly run on the CPU fine,but has been gimped on purpose to run only if you have a fast enough Nvidia GPU??

If it can run only on a GPU, fine, as the effects look nice,otherwise meh.
