boderlands DLC?

I thought Zombie island was different enough from the main story and a lot of fun while it lasted (it is a bit short though).

Mad Moxxy im not too keen on, its basically a multiplayer horde mode, you really need two or three other people to play with (its far too dificult in singlw player), hardly anyone seems to be playing it online (XBL)
 
Me and 2x of my mates play this often and the expansions & as far as i can see there will be more DLC soon also level 61 to max out on!

Bought this game on release for pc and didnt really give it much of a chance. Then my bro got it and now were playing it co-op together whenever we get the chance:)
 
Question abotu buying it online - wheres it locked onto (yes i realise thats wrong wording)? I.E if i buy it does it lock onto my gamespy account? and how do i go about redownloading it again when i format etc.

Never got anything online apart from on steam >.<
