Body fat percentage?

5"9 76kg pretty stocky build! 32" waist!

really need to tone my upper tho, my legs are pretty meaty atm! but last i can remember i was creeping over 18.5% so prolly a little less now! as all ive been eating is porridge chicken veg and tuna salads for the last 3 months! :(

5'10 and hovering at 92/93KG. 35" waist, 46" chest, 26" legs. Roughly at around 16% bodyfat guaging from how I looked last time I was 16%. Dropped down to 81KG which was 12% bodyfat and 32" waist back in March.

Happy to do some bodyfat readings for people at the next strongman meet which would be a 4 site test with Harpenden skinfold calipers.
 
I remember a little while ago Amir Kahn was fighting and he said that he was 0% bf. Is that him chatting BS or do athletes such as boxers go that low?

Off the drink again this weekend meaning (apart from a couple tonight and last Friday) I will have been off the drink for 3 weeks :eek:

Dont congratulate too hard... Mates are working or away places so short of getting ****ed on my lonesome in the house (saddo) I just aint been drinking :confused:

Anyways, I now have myself a bike I can get out on it and do some. I kinda injured my knee a bit when I went for my first 5 mile run about 6 weeks back (running on road aint fun and I only ever went 3 miles tops before which was fine) so I haven't been out as I kept pulling something when I did :(.

Problem with this time of year is that its pitch black when I leave for work and the same when I get home so going out is more difficult :(
 
I got down to about 6% and that was my lowest this summer (you can see the pictures in the other thread). Essential fat for men is 5% and for women 10%, although guidelines vary this is what I work with for myself and clients. Currently I'm looking to bulk up over winter so am sitting at about 10% right now.
