Probably blowing hot air to issue a challenge like that but then again look at the likes of the "Fridge" weighing in at something like 25st he was able to shift at a fair rate as can Jona Lomu too

Weightlifters yes.... bodybuilders less so.

Weightlifters train for explosive movement. Think it was at the LA olympics they did some basic test like starting speed (think it was 10 yds) and vertical leap etc. The weightlifters beat the spinters on the start and the high jumpers on the vertical leap.
