Bolt Action by Warlord games

My German army has grown in strength but I am still getting beat. Does anyone else go the Germans? Any tips for them?
 
After reading this thread last night after its bump, I proceeded to watch numerous YT videos on it and book in a demo at my Local flgs
Boards and Sword in Derby. It actually looks a easy to learn and fun game. Nothing to heavy on the rules either.
