Bonding Two Connections

Hey guys im wondering if you can help me out, i have two connections running at home and i wish to "Bond" them so that i can use both connections on the same PC.

Ive attempted to use WinGate which does seem to work as when i view a webpage my IP changes on each refresh while it rotates thru the two modems but the download speed dont really increase and the upload speeds dont at all.

Im looking for either a decent yet cheap (lol) hardware soloution like the D-LINK Dual WAN router or a good software soloution.

Any ideas? i basicly want it so that i can use both connections when needed for uploading and then be able to split apps between the connections if need be.

Unless your ISP supports it, the best you'll get is being able to max out the two connections with two processes.

Surely a DUAL WAN router would be able to handle the traffic over both connections?

Download yes (by taking two sessions and putting each across one connection), upload no.
