Bonfire night?

I can't be the only one hosting a fireworks night. Albeit doing it tomorrow as working tonight.
So what's everyone cooking?
I just can't decide what to do other than

well on bonfire night, we had a thing that my wife always had on bonfire night when she was little

Pork Pie, Mushy Peas, Mint Sauce, all warmed up
