Woo, its finally due for release, been FAR to long in the waiting.

Not sure how many people here actually like the series, or even like UK hardcore/trance etc, but I do, and I've been waiting FAR to long for this damn release lol :D.

Ah, I like em, but I'm only new(past 2 or 3 years or so) to Hard Dance etc, used to be into some dance before then, but mostly metal lol, was quite a change.

There's always some decent tunes on the CDs no doubt, I just feel the percentage has gone down.

I'll give it a listen with an open mind though and now that you've mentioned it i'm quite looking forward :D

heheh, this is the track list

ive got to 13 on an external hdd somewhere, will have to dig them out and stick them on random :D

I'll no doubt enjoy the Brisk disc, but kevin energy has seemed a bit bland to me recently let alone scott brown.

Whens is actually due for release?

Terrible track list :(

Bonkers 14, now that was a track list, had some of Scotts best tracks on.

Anyone got that new "True Hardcore" CD mixed by Sy and Unknown, i fancy getting it.

Why not look for a few live sets from people like DJ Vince/Dj Luna/Lady Dana/Angerfist/Outblast/Darkraver/Mark EG/AvB/Alex Kidd

This premade stuff is poo, just get the stuff from live sets is awesome :D

It's due for release on October 29th, I may get it because I'm just building up my collection, I'm still not totally knowledgeable about individual track lists, I generally just listen to the full albums on my mp3 player with out taking notice of the tracks lol.

Also, I'm just going though a free album called Crush on Hardcore 2(CoH1 was released about 6-8 months ago IIRC) and its not too bad, especially for a free album, you can get it here

I can't understand hardcore.

A few weeks back I went to the Que Club relaunch party run by B2T.

The hardcore room was SO badly set up. The levels were way too high and everytime a decent bassline came in, it really runined your ears - yet everyone seemed happy to be there.

Just sounds like old rave from 91 played at 160bpm.

Much prefer my techno and drum and bass. Currently listening to High Contrast's new album - it's def worth a punt.

Probably coz everyone was pilled up to there eyeballs, hardcore raves are nothing without pills or alcohol :)

Well, this was the start of the night though - well, about an hour in. Do people REALLY bosh a fistful of little fellas the moment they walk in? Actually, thinking back......

Maybe my priorities have changed since I started clubbing... Now I prefer well produced nights - quality decor, decent rig, well presented UV and drapes, and a top notch VJ. It's not all about the DJ. Still love dirty dingy clubs with a warehouse or "hidden rave" feel to them - can't stand these superclub type venues.

These days, or at least since the smoking ban, it's definitely about house parties.

I still love the poalces you are talking about warehouse / dingy holes :D

Although I can still enjoy a night in more upmarket surroundings :)
