I had an accident in my Peugeot 106 just before xmas, which required me to get a new bonnet, front bumper and headlight.
Until recently I had no reason to open the bonnet but discovered that it was a: harder to open - it's meant to fully open with little effort required (pneumatics I think).
b: not aligned as the previous bonnet was - as in when I release the bonnet from inside the car, the bonnet lifts slightly. The bonnet is constantly in this position, even before releasing the catch from inside. Although funnily enough from the sides it looks perfect regardless - like its been lined up with the side wings but not at the front.
Am I being picky, or would I stand a chance of returning to where repaired it and getting them to fix it? Apparently the work is guaranteed.
