Boogie Bug vs Steelseries QcK

Anybody here used/have both the Boogie Bug XL and the Steelseries QcK?

I want to know if theres any/much difference between the 2 cloth surfaces, I currently have a worn down qck mini which im going to replace and would like the same surface again but im considering opting for the boogie bug instead of another qck. I would be happy with just getting another qck so would like assurances the quality and smoothness are comparable considering the much larger size of the boogie bug i thought quality might suffer.

Yes I've had a go with both. Main thing is the qck is considerably thinner, although that means it takes a bit to flatten out fully.
Performance wise I couldn't notice much difference. Using a steelseries ikari laser.

I used a QcK mini - I found that the surface deteriorated rapidly and it was damned hard to clean.

Since replaced it with the Boogie Bug, and it's brilliant. I find it tracks better, and more smoothly. Also fits in very well with my gaming style (low sens, arm movement).

oki cheerz guys, might go for the boogie bug at ~£10 when ocuk get them back in stock. i have lowish sensitivity with only wrist movement (wrist always resting on the edge of the desk and finger tip grip) and so only require a very small area, and so the qck mini is perfect for me. ive had a lot of gamer aimed mouse mats over the years but i prefer that little bit of friction that cloth provides. i wasnt quite sure on the massive Boogie XL but now im taming to the idea of it just running under the keyboard too.

^ I use very small movements too. Not quite twitch, but certainly not low sensitivity arm motions. I haven't had any problems with the boogiebug so far. Plus you can get some scissors out and cut it to fit any space.

My boogie bug got really dirty fast. Its very appealing because it is cheap however my current QCK Heavy is the best pad I have ever used.

yes Curunen thats true, i could always cut it up and it would act like 10x qck mats for only twice the price. and yes 23JMZ07 the qck is the perfect surface for me, ive had ratpads, func pads, ice mats, everglide titan and whatnot, and ive liked them all tbh once id gotten used to them but they all cost silly money compared to my qck which was £4 when i got it, and ive always had to use mouse skates with hard surfaces mats, where as cloth i dont which is another bonus, so if the boogie is anywhere close to the qck then it should be fine for me.
