just a couple of indie/rock bands I play the drums in.

one is on an indie label, one has no label, hence you not knowing who we are :)

getting there slowly though.

on radio 1? not sure. we have had a fair bit of press really but nothing to write home about (ever the pesamist)

the shows in the states are far more exciting for me at the moment...and back to spain and france again next year.
ipanema seems to be far more popular abroad (but then I think the singer...mega city 4 legend Wiz) draws more attention in other countries.

all in all a good hooby, better than 5 days on the beer in teneriffe at least! :)

7 days in spain was hard, nearly 400miles every day!
then when we broke down...flew one of the guys home and waited 3 days for the van to be fixed, then drove from valencia to calais without stopping :)

we have just got one of the TBC's confirmed, so maby we will keep the other date as a rest day :)

our guitarist/singer Wiz doesnt know the meaning of too much :)
his previous band did 170 shows in a year across the whole world, and spent 3 months recording an album in germany same year as well!

now if only I could get paid for it...

i know what you mean though. doing weekenders etc is a bit easier on the mental fitness front.
