I have got some work coming up and need to get my head around the windows workflow foundation and doing workflows with sharepoint etc. Can anyone recommend any good reading on the topic? It seems to be pretty hardcore stuff so anything easy to read would be good!

ive done a few workflows with Sharepoint and there is no nice reading
all i can suggest is to get stuck in and find out upto your elbows in workflow. its not too bad but the reading is not too friendly imo
Yeah anything I can find is very high level and not much detail offered. Anything is better than SP Designer workflows however!
