I thought they were meant to be good? I'm only interested in a couple of (newer) titles, Crackdown 2 and Split/Second, I know it's all a tall order to ask for Crackdown 2 but both titles are 'Green'.

I chose the Value package @ £3.49 added those two and a few coming soon games and that's it. By now, with Lovefilm they would have chosen some of my titles to dispatch.

Anyone had similar experiences?
 
I had the same with Boomerang, had 5-6 fairly new titles and didn't receive anything by the end of the 21 day trial, so I cancelled and signed up with Lovefilm and had 2 within a few days.
 
My friend uses them and reckons they're pretty good. I'm about to sign up with lovefilm on their teen quid games and dvds, four a month, two at a time deal.
 
Took them awhile to send any game out to me. Emailed them each time and they did "addon" the time wasted to my billing date, so in theory I didn't lose any.

They are...okay. Apparently they are very good with the "Priority" package, but of course it costs more. I'd pick Lovefilm over them (although Lovefilm tended to ignore my priority choices and just sent out a random one).
 
I've been with them for a while and cant say as i have had any trouble with them. I normally receive a new game within 2-3 days or returning my last one.

I have there "Unlimited One" Package With my selection set to balanced, and normally receive one game from my top 3 every time.
 
Not had any problems with them so far but then again I am on the priority package.
 
Bit of a mixed feeling here. Was on their Priority 2 package and got a mixed range of high to low priorities. Some times it would take them 3 days from getting one game back to sending another. On Unlimited 3 they became dramatically worse, 3 days normal, up to 1 week. Had both Uncharted games at the bottom of my queue and they sent both within 24 hours of each other in reverse order :rolleyes:. On Priority 3 now and they've started sending me newer stuff at the top of the list again.
 
You'll not get anywhere without their priority package. And even then, it's highly cagey. I can wait days and days and days for green titles and nothing will get sent. It's as if their system thinks "oh, he's got one disc, that should keep him happy" even though I am on a three-disc package.

It's most strange that when I send (now one of many) "nagging" emails to them that they will send a top title out straight away. I'm cancelling it this week and going back to Lovefilm myself.
 
Me and the missus were with Lovefilm for a while. Put it this way - low/med/high priority had NO effect on what they sent out. May as well have closed their eyes and picked anything randomly from the list.

Then it has the ***** to pester you to add things to the list when you try and get around the system by only having things on there that you really want.

Needless to say it was cancelled pretty sharpish.
 
Never had a problem with boomerang, I used to use them last year then moved to tesco because I got a heap of free months, moved back to boomerang the other month because they're cheaper, have an easier to use queue system and they've always been spot on with me. Also had the same issue as above with lack of priority on tesco which is run by lovefilm.

I'm currently on the 2 discs a month package and have the top 3 option ticked, been getting all the games I wanted really. It took them maybe 3 days to send me SCC which was number one on my list.

lovefilm/tesco have been hopeless at getting me the things I actually have as priority on my list and especially seem to never send games, so I just signed up to a 21 day trial with boomerang so will see how that goes

Probably. As a priority customer, if you don't get what you want within a few days, send an email to their customer services. So far they've always sent what I requested (even if it's a brand new release) the very next day!
 
^ That's probably about what I've found, Tesco/Lovefilm always sent me out a game straight away but it was always random from my list an usually never from the top 3. Boomerang take a few days but give me what's in my top 3.
