Boost Clock differences enough to justify higher prices?

Looking at the early reveals for the RTX3080 it seems the stock boost clock is 1710 MHz with the more expensive overclocked cards going up to 1755MHz.
Is this really enough to make a noticable difference in performance is it going to be worth paying anything up to £150 more ?
