Boosting .Mov sound.

As the title.

Can the sound in a .mov file be boosted/increased? (Apart from using the movie properties in QTPro)

No go in iMovie(that I can see) other than normalising. Very limited app afaic.

Looking into FCE.

Yeah sorry, that was among the first things I'd done!
Normalizing it helps, but only a little.

Can't get the project to transfer into FCExp either

Why/how does the audio go out of sync with the picture in some flv/mp4s?

I've seen this in downloaded YTube files, e.g. a docu split into several files

Sorry, I meant about the de-syncing of AV, I've sorted the normalising issue.

Already had VLC, but was unaware you could do that...
