hey all,

I installed vista the other day (just to try) and i have since used boot camp assistant to remove the partition.

However, on booting my mac now comes up saying something like:

"boot device not find, please insert, and press any key"

Sounds and looks like a M$ windows error, any ideas what I can do to completely remove the windows partition?

cheers,

Boot up from your OS X CD, hold down C. Go to 'Utilities' > Start up Disk > Select Mac OS X then restart.

Once your in OS X, make sure that OS X is your startup disk, so go to System Preferences > Startup Disk and check.
