Am i right in thinking that i can run my version of auto data, that is for windows on my mac using boot camp??

Thanks.

Sorry auto data is specs and details of motor vehicles. Just useful information nothing to in depth graphics wise.

Yup, you just follow the instructions as you go through. I've got a Windows 7 boot camp partition but I forget the last time I booted into it!

You might be better off using a Virtual Machine though to save rebooting your Mac into Windows. I don't know what "auto data" is but if it's not too graphics intensive then build a Windows VM and run it under that. A free way to do this is using VirtualBox.

Just using the virtual box, i have lost my serial key from my windows disc, when i look on the disc under the I386 folder there is a cd key there, but when i try to input this its saying its not valid.

Any reason for this??

Ahh yes maybe that is the case its from an old laptop i had years ago. I did try my other halves vista disc just to try and see if it works but i keep getting application error with this disc?
