so I have this bug where I have a black screen show up anywhere from a few seconds to ten+ minutes before the windows loading screen comes up. So I can’t pres f10 or whatever one it is to choose my boot, and I want to show my boot priority to make sure my SSD with Windows 10 is first to see if that’s the problem. How would I do that otherwise?

It depends on your motherboard. Most use DEL, F1, F2 to go into the BIOS. You view and change the boot order from inside the BIOS. Some motherboards have a windows utility that allows you to (from inside Windows) reboot and go straight into the BIOS, in case you find yourself locked out (eg fast USB enumeration that doesn't get the keyboard working soon enough in the boot process to use it to enter the BIOS).

Worst comes to the worst, you might have to use the motherboard jumper to reset the BIOS. Most motherboards will recognise the reset and boot you into the BIOS.
