Boot Issue

Everytime i boot up my PC, it ALWAYS without fail goes to a "PC Managed Boot Agent" or something, then something about a MAC address comes up, so to get into windows i have to turn off my pc and straight back on instantly, then it'll go straight into windows.

e6300 @ 3.2ghz / DS3 mobo / 2gb Geil ram / raptor 150gb X / 7800gt

i have a 3com network card, but i didn't install the drivers, this boot agent randomly appeared one day, and i looked in control panel and its not around :|
