Boot Issue

Ok i don't think its a major issue but sometimes when i turn my pc on it won't boot, it restarts itself before getting to bios screen n before my keyboard n mouse light up..

Once its restarted its 100% fine n boots normally with no errors and it loads my 4.6Ghz Oc with no issue at all..

Can this cause a serious problem do i need to change some setting or is it an issue with my motherboard ?

Please can anyone let me know if i should carry on with my Oc or not as i don't wanna damage a £2000 rig

There is a double boot 'issue' with the ASUS P8P67 boards, I believe a BIOS upgrade removes it in some case, other posts such as this one suggest it is perfectly normal for OCed ASUS boards, either way nothing to worry about.
