Boot LED is red

I finished building my first pc today but when I was done the boot led turned red and the monitor had no signal.I rebuilt the pc and the same problems persisted.When I take out the gpu the boot led turns off but the vga led turns red.Any help is appreciated.

Have you cleared the Cmos?

There is no onboard VGA on Ryzen, you need the GPU in the slot.

Try with one stick of ram, try each slot.
