Boot lock

if i put the cpu frequency above 200 boot locks

what could be the problem ?

i have 2 gb gskill zn Timings 2-3-2-8-1t
ram at 200
Vcore 1.3
ht 4x
and locked the pci-e

Vcore could be too low.

Memory timings might need slackening, Vdimm increasing.

BIOS might need updating.
