boot manager missing

sometimes when starting the pc it loads up then freezes when restart comes up with boot manager missing then have to insert the disc and repair windows then ok look into it run a HD tune on hard drives both ok run mem test passed on all 64 tests passed intel burn test x10 and prime E not sure wants going on can anyone help spec's below.

processer Q6600 2.4ghz @ 3.2ghz
ram 4g ddr2 800mgz
heatsink thermalright 90 with noctua nf-b9 (9cm) x2
psu galaxy 1000w quad pci express extreme +24
mother board dfi jr p45 t2rs
hard drives 2x500g (os48.9)
os window 7 ultimate 32bit
grafics card ati radeon 512gddr3 4600
Akasa Eclipse-62 case AK-BKCSE-01V2

passed all test on hard ware ie HD tune mem test prime E and intel burn test v1.9 and v2.2 but problems still occuring any hepl would be grate thanks

core temp at stand 36 to 37 under strain ie burn test 60 to 61 stable thanks

Had both HDD's as masters and both optical drives as slaves now i have one master and one slave works gr8 and boots way faster.

I've had this on occasion try a touch more northbridge voltage.

Assuming your HDDs are sata, switch your sata cables around on the motherboard, for example if you have HDD_1 in slot 1 and HDD_2 in slot 2, plug HDD_1 into slot 2 and HDD_2 in slot 1.

I had this issue and this was the solution for me. Let us know if that works.
