I have a problem with a computer that I built for my brother yesterday. The thing is that yesterday it was working fine, my bro was able to install Windows XP and do other stuff on the computer but today he took off an USB cable and now the computer starts but then shuts down in less than 2 seconds. The motherboard is a 4CoreDual-VSTA, it has a 3.4 P4 CPU and 2GB of RAM.

Can anyone tell me what could be causing this problem and how can I fix it?

PS. I asked my brother what happened and he said that he just moved the case and took off a USB cable and that it was working perfectly last night, the last time he used it.
