Boot problems

Trying to fix my soundcard has resulted in my pc not booting. It gets to the "starting windows" screen and hangs (using win7)

Before this happened I updated the bios, and changed the sound card pci slot, then reinstalled the drivers, rebooted and this problem occured.

It ran a repair but did nothing, what can I do?

I removed the sound card and it booted normally. Nevermind. Going to send this piece of **** back . Way too many headaches caused than it's worth.
