Boot Strap Processor Information

I have a Biostar TPower I45 MB with a E8400 cpu running stock. System boots into Windows 7 without probs but I am getting a post code of C1 which is - Set up boot strap processor information. Does anyone have any idea what this is and how I go about it.

I dont think you have to do anything, if the board posts correctly it is probably just usual behavior.

It should show the cpu temp after it has posted

Yeh I have just updated it. Could it have something to do with the fact that I have speedstep enabled?
