Boot Up Error Message?

upon booting up i get the following error - "error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\zhkzejg.dll the specified module could not be found"
obviously this means that something is missing from my computer? i have tried googling the zhkzejg.dll and it finds nothing? anyone have any ideas?

*also i tried to install my asus update utility and it gives me a error saying that "there is no asus motherboard detected and the installation will be abooted" - that isn't a typo guys it really does say abooted :confused:

is my comp canadian or something lol?

Yeah, that dll name does look a bit dodgy.

well nod32 picked it up and removed it but now when i boot up i get that message :confused:

i just ok it and it goes away but it is kind of annoying!

Do you actually get to boot all the way into windows, or is this on booting up prior to windows?

yeah i get it as i get to desktop! windows runs fine *or so it seems* just not sure what the hell it's all about?

Try a Start > Run > msconfig, click the "Startup" tab and see if there is a reference to the .dll in there. If there is, untick and restart.

id be careful because although you removed the files using nod32 it appears as if there are files in your system that shouldnt be there....

just could pose a prob later on down the line...

reformat and start again

after u install mobo drivers, then install anti virus software, then go on net, so your comp is virus and bug free...

just a suggestion...
