Boot up error Message

Any info what this means,just started doing it.
"BIOS ROM checksum error"
"Detecting floppy drive A media:"
"insert system disk and press enter"

just bleeps and comes to a stop..

and says what i mention'd

If it is the cmos,is there anything i can do.

On the board the led code is 41,which sadly enough is just down as Reserved.

well i know how to do that,as i have down 2 already, just found a new bios for it,but having trouble downloading it. keeps asking for a paaword.

Well i have just tried bios 24 & 23 and it is now saying
"!!ERROR--AWDFLASH>EXE Not found"
replace disc and press entre

When you do this the same message comes round again

Right i seem to be getting somewhere, how longer does it take to load complete bios on as floppy been going for around 3-5 mins, with please wait still flashing on screen.

It start to load bios and then screen went off and now wont come on,also now when i reboot the floppy does not start.
