I have mine on CD-ROM, Hard drive, then floppy, even though I don't have a floppy drive (though this is rarely an issue nowadays!)
So I would say
1. DVD/CD ROM (your main one (i.e. the master)
2. Hard drive (main again i.e. master)
3. other hdd (if you have one, or floppy)
