I have several issues with my computer.

1. I need to press the power button several times in order to boot up the PC.
2. After the boot up it may ask me to config my bios settings (all the settings have been reset e.g. date and time and other custom configs.)
3. Or it will asked me to config the bios setting due to the CPU voltage over the limited or chassis is halted
4. When I booted up the window successfully, I got some fuzzy or high pitch noise from my speakers ( am using the mobo's sound device and i am 100% sure that my speakers have no problem)

please help guys

Sounds like you have an issue with your system board. The date/time is stored by the CMOS which is powered with a CR2032 battery when the PC is switched off. You could perhaps start by replacing the CMOS battery but I can't help thinking you may have a power issue given you have to hit the power button several times to get the system to turn on. What kind of PSU have you got?

Of course you could also have a problem with the power switch but it's unlikely :D Replace the CMOS battery for starters and see how it goes. After that try and test a different PSU.

my PSU is cooling master 650w, i am thinking to replace my motherboard cause the built in sound device ain't functioning properly

Ok I'm not trying to scare you but a friend had a similar issue. The system would take several attempts to power on, she asked me to come over and look at it. The PSU "burnt" out when she powered it on, you could smell the PSU had given in. I replaced the PSU but it had taken the mobo with it.

I would suggest that you try a different PSU to see if it resolves the issue. If that doesn't cure it we can go from there to help you

Still has the problem after i replace the PSU and the CMOS, i guess the mobo is the problem. It alway says new cpu installed and asked me to go to set up to config it
