Boot up time slow since new graphics card

Hi, Just installed a new HIS 7950 card tonight and have noticed that the boot up time of my computer has gone from about 13 seconds to 45 seconds. Is this normal??

Sounds like a BIOS compatibility issue. I had a old 775 PCI-E 1.1 board which did the same thing with ATI 5 series of cards which were PCI-E 2.1.

A BIOS request to the manufacturer fixed it.
