How can i flash my mobo bios using a USB stick

What motherboard is it, as I beleive that may affect the method.

Im actually thinking of this too. But I'd rather wait for my external floppy drive here and see if I can flash bios using it, if not ima try the usb.

Asus a8n sli delux, ive just read that it can be flashed with the Premium bios to unlock a few features.
