Bootcamp - Increase windows memory?

Well I installed Windows through Boot camp (xp), however only gave my self 15gb, possible to increase this at all ? - Instead of re installing..

I recently had this problem, it seems you can make an image of it in disk utility, erase the partition and re-partition it, then extract the image to it.

Not sure if it works, as I ended up re-installing it.
