Bootcamp + Wireless Keyboard

Is there any way around the issue when using a wireless keyboard to switch between OSs using BootCamp? It very rarely recognises i'm holding ALT down in time...i guess due to the bluetooth connection not being made quick enough.

You could install....

Brings up a easy to use menu when you boot / reboot Mac to choose boot options.

Sounds ideal! Thanks. However, i downloaded and installed it on this Mac (running mavericks) and restarted, twice, and no menu appears.

Any ideas?
