Booting from USB

Is it possible to use a floppy disk to boot from a usb drive?

I have xp installed on a pen drive, but I don't have access to the bios to get it to boot from USB, any ideas?

Theres a hp driver that allows you to make a usb device bootable, you need a bootable floppy to copy files from onto your usb device but after that theres no need for it.

just plug in the usb floppy, go to your bios and find 'boot from usb' change that to yes. Then under boot devices make the usb floppy the first boot device. Thats it.. iv been doing this at work with really old pcs so if you have a new pc im sure all the options will be there.. prolly all under the 'boot' tab or something

the problem is the boot from usb is disabled and i cannot access the bios, however i can boot from floppy!
