booting to dos prompt

i am trying to boot into a dos prompt so i can flash the bios back on my gfx card but i cannot at all boot into dos i dont have a floppy drive on this laptop either so it will haveto be done via the cd drive any ideas?

use a bootable cd.

you could google and find some utilities cds that will let you boot to dos or you may already have one say like windows 98 etc
